Hives Man I'm totally covered with hives. This last week has been pretty insane. I slept less than four hours every night and was working 12 hours a day. Last night I slept 2-3 hours and tonight I'll be sleeping for 2 hours. AHHH!!! A girl at work (the other intern - she's Japanese) I wanted to say goodbye yesterday on my last day couldn't come in because the day before she collapsed in pain from kidney stones. Apparently, when she got home at like 11, she ate dinner and then called an ambulance by herself. It was probably from just holding it in rather than telling her boss during a busy time that she was just going to go to the bathroom for a minute (she's the gaman type).

Of course I know it sounds bad. But despite all this, I really feel that I bonded with everyone. Obviously it was hard. Obviously my body's a wreck. But I broke out in tears when I was telling everyone my thank yous and goodbyes. I'm really going to miss Japan, especially knowing that I will never come back in the same way, going through the same things with the same people. When I come back, it'll be a different Tokyo, a different gallery, a place where Kira has not been in a long while.  ¶ 11:12 AM
