Dinner at HiRo
Yesterday after work we all went out to celebrate two of the artists' getting married (which was paid for by the gallery). It was at a fine Italian restaurant on the 35th floor of a building in Tokyo (the building at Tokyo Station (Marunouchi bldg?). There were like 7 beautifully plated courses and three types of wine. It was the first time I've ever had foie gras! (see above) By the end everyone was tipsy and when we got on the train we saw all these other groups of intoxicated businessmen and women.

when I saw the foie gras photo, I wanted your post to be like "THESE JAPANESE PEOPLE AND THEIR DAMN SMALL FOODS. I PAID 30 DOLLARS AND THIS IS WAT I GOT. I'M AMERICAN ETC ETC"
